The commission search is often referred to as the “no-fee” search model.There are no initial costs with the commission recruitment model however a higher fee is paid upon the start date of the succesful placement. The higher cost is associated with a built in cost for placement success uncertainty.

Assignment Search (Retained)

Hire Print Staffing Solutions offers an assignment/retained search structure which is designed to allow full attention and effort to the successful completion of your staffing needs while at a lower final cost.

At the onset of the search after a job description is prepared and a salary range is set, Hire Print Staffing Solutions will quote an estimated cost to complete the placement. A retainer fee of one third of the assignment charge is required prior to the onset of the search with the balance being invoiced at the successful completion of the assignment.
